How to Update SSS Member Data Change with Ease

How to Update SSS Member Data Change – Civil Status

  1. Visit the SSS website and select Member.

2. Log in to your SSS account.

3. Enter your Username and Password and select Sign In.

4. In the SSS account dashboard, go to Services then Membership Records and click Submit Request for Member Data Change (Simple Correction) tab.

5. Select the Civil Status tab, and enter your new Middle Name and Last Name.

6. Upload the required documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Contract/Marriage Certificate
  • Valid ID

7. Submit the changes to your account.

8. You will receive a prompt message and email that your transaction is successful.

How to Update SSS Member Data Change – Name

  1. Go to the SSS website and select Member.

2. Log in to your SSS account.

3. Type your Username and Password and select Sign In.

4. In the SSS account dashboard, go to Services then Membership Records and select Submit Request for Member Data Change (Simple Correction) tab.

7. Select the Name tab, and enter your new First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Suffix.

6. Upload the required documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Contract/Marriage Certificate
  • Valid ID

7. Submit the changes to your account.

8. You will receive a prompt message and email that your transaction is successful.
